The Adelaide Melanoma March 2026, held on Sunday, March 22, was a fantastic success and a truly special chance to connect with our community—welcoming both first-time participants and familiar faces. The weather couldn’t have been better, and as always, Sunny our beloved mascot was a crowd favourite, bringing smiles all around.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to all our Marchers, Teams, and dedicated fundraisers. Your incredible efforts helped raise approximately $23,000, contributing to vital melanoma research focused on improving treatments.
We also extend our sincere appreciation to the City of Charles Sturt and Melanoma Patients Australia for their ongoing support. It was a pleasure to have our Ambassador, Glenda Thomson, join us and share in such a meaningful day.
A shout out to a few of our amazing fundraisers and teams who went above and beyond this year:
Angela Green, Holly Guffogg, Rachel Roberts-Thomson, Palma Panici, Jo Bourne, Katharine Daniel, Lisa Marks, Karen van Gorp, Belinda Smith, Margie Wertheim, Adelaide University Dermatology and Plastics Society, Adelaide Medical Students Society, Bec Downer.
