WE ARE HIRING – SENIOR FUND-RAISING MANAGER
The Australian Melanoma Research Foundation (AMRF) is a national not-for-profit organisation dedicated to reducing the impact of melanoma through research funding and public awareness education.
About the Role
We are looking for a Fundraising Manager to lead the planning, execution, and growth of all fundraising and revenue-generating initiatives. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on building partnerships, campaigns, and donor programs that make a real impact.
You will:
- Deliver a comprehensive fundraising strategy spanning donations, bequests, corporate partnerships, events, and grants.
- Build and manage strong donor, corporate, and philanthropic relationships.
- Lead campaigns and community fundraising initiatives.
- Secure support from Trusts and Foundations.
- Mentor staff and maintain effective fundraising systems.
About You
We are seeking someone with:
- At least 5 years’ leadership experience in fundraising or development, ideally in the health or NFP sector.
- A strong track record in multi-channel fundraising strategies.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience in managing major donors, corporate partnerships, and events.
- A proactive, collaborative and results-focused approach.
